ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information.
Please double-check all details (country, street number, company name, unit, etc.) and contact us promptly if there is any mistake.

If you haven’t received the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us at info@byesslive.com.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days after your order is placed.
During peak seasons (such as holidays or major sales), processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

EssLive cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Tracking number

You can track your parcel on the carrier’s official website within 24 hours of shipment.

Once your parcel arrives in your country, your local postal service will take over.
You can continue tracking your parcel using the same tracking number.

If the tracking information shows that the parcel could not be delivered, please contact your local post office first for more details.

Please note: Tracking is active for 60 days. We may not be able to assist with delivery issues reported after this period.


DELIVERY ISSUES

We take every precaution to ensure that your products arrive safely.
If your item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@byesslive.com and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If possible, please also note any visible damage (such as torn or wet packaging) with the delivery carrier when you receive your order.


CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@byesslive.com.
We will do our best to update the address before shipment.
However, once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.


PLEASE NOTE

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
  • Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at your expense.
  • Shipping times may be delayed due to customs clearance, holidays, or other unforeseen factors.
  • Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product quality issue (see our Return Policy).
