EssLive is powered by Shopify. While Shopify provides the ecommerce platform, all purchases are made directly with EssLive. Shopify is not responsible for issues relating to your transactions with us.
You release Shopify from any claims arising from your use of the Services or purchases made through EssLive.

You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in California.
